We strive to make Barrington Ridge an enjoyable, aesthetic, and desirable place to live. We seek to do this through social activities, neighborhood beautification, and fulfilling agreements made to neighbors.

Deed Restriction Reminders:

Things you might have not known or have forgotten

As a reminder, all of us here in Barrington Ridge are required to abide by the deed restrictions and Association rules.  The restrictions are in place to ensure that we have the best possible neighborhood!  We have received a number of questions and a couple of concerns regarding the restrictions, so we thought we put together a few excerpts from the deed restrictions.  If you need a copy of the deed restrictions, please contact us at barringtonridgeassociaton@yahoo.com.

Pools

No above ground pools are permitted unless they are smaller than 100 sq.feet and the appropriate permits have been obtained from the City.  100 sq.feet is about 11feet round, if you have a round pool.  We will be requiring homeowners to remove any pool that violates this restriction.

Fees are now past due. If you have not paid your dues, please send in payment of $125.00, this includes the $105.00 yearly fees & $20.00 late fees. Or please contact us to set up payment arrangements. Association Mailbox.

We have 8 flats of flowers on order from the Pataskala Elementary. They will be arriving May 7. Weather permitting, we will need to plant them soon after arrival. Please let us know if you would be willing and able to help plant. Contact us at our email address.
