Deed Restrictions regarding Above Ground Pools

No swimming pool measuring more than one hundred(100) square feet shall be constructed or maintained above the finish grade at its location as shown on the master grading plan for the Subdivision.

We did some digging and the city also has rules, they say you must have a permit if.....
Pataskala Above Ground Pool Permit
 

Pool Size
   Height greater than 30 inches (regardless of water level)
   Diameter 12 feet or greater
   Any pool greater than 100 square feet in area

Placement
   10 feet from all property lines
   20 feet from all property lines if a filter is used

Needed for permit

   Description of pool

Fee
   $75 one time
